Senior Educator Job Details

The Senior Educator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional educational programs to our children. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to lead a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the growth and development of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of all children
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social-emotional growth and development

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check/ Blue Card
