Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Student Services department at a high school.

We are seeking an experienced educator who can drive continuous improvement through strong practices in PB4L and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).

About The Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that support educational outcomes for all students, aligning with the vision of the Early Childhood and State Schools Division.

Key responsibilities will include nurturing positive relationships among students, teachers, and the wider community, promoting a supportive and inclusive school culture.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement innovative measures to improve student learning outcomes and attendance in schools with disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • Develop management and engagement strategies, including induction activities for new arrivals and advice on specific academic, social and emotional needs.
  • Monitor individual performance and behaviour, and develop intervention strategies as needed.
