As an educational leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape of our school. The position of English Head requires a visionary leader who can foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to Christ-centred education and have a proven track record of initiating and managing change. Experience in developing and implementing faculty programmes from Year 7-12 is essential, as is competence in teaching Upper School ATAR courses. Knowledge of the requirements set by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority is also crucial.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this role, as is the ability to administer and delegate tasks effectively. The successful applicant must satisfy child protection screening and adhere to our school's child protection policies and Staff Code of Conduct.
