Postgraduate Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced academic leader to take on the role of Associate Dean. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of postgraduate programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the student experience, including supervision quality and academic support.
  • Monitor and respond to student feedback and performance data to inform program development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive curriculum quality and innovation in teaching and learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PhD in a relevant Education discipline.
  • Excellent scholarly record in teaching and research in Education.
