Staffing and Systems Support Manager

**Your new role**:
Support Corporate Services leadership by managing staffing, safety, training, and systems across diverse service areas. The position manages programmes such as the development and maintenance of staffing structures and uniformity in rosters, service-specific safety management processes, the coordination of training and the administrative/other digital systems of Corporate Services. The position provides high-level support to the Director, Corporate Services and the Manager of Corporate Services and the leadership team.

Demonstrated experience in programme management, workforce planning, and systems coordination.
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proven ability to provide high-level support to senior leadership teams in complex environments.

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
