The Tenders and Proposals Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Business Development division, coordinating tenders and proposals across the organization.

Responsibilities include project managing the bid process, sourcing and compiling content, editing documents, and developing compelling submission materials.

This role requires strong communication and business writing skills, as well as experience in tender and proposal management, including government procurement processes.

A successful candidate will have managed commercial processes/projects with multiple stakeholders, supported commercial teams, and worked in sales environments with CRM tools.

The ideal candidate will produce high-quality submission documents, utilizing Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
