Bid Services Manager

">About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate end-to-end bid and tender responses.

  • Develop and implement effective bid strategies that drive success and deliver exceptional results.
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams including Bid Writers and Business Development Managers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business development, operations, finance and legal to ensure seamless execution of bids and tenders.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bid management, proposal writing, and leadership. They will possess excellent project management and written communication skills, as well as a strategic mindset and a sharp eye for detail.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (APMP certification an asset).
  • 5+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar field.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing large or complex bids.
  • Excellent project management and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative and strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce).
