Job Description

The role of Proposals Coordinator is a key position within our organization, responsible for developing and coordinating proposals from start to finish.

As a Proposals Coordinator, you will be working in a skilled team to produce high-quality proposals and other business development materials in a timely and efficient manner. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with campaign and business development managers, as well as other key staff members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and coordinating proposal documents
  • Assigning tasks and timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Creating and maintaining accurate records and reports

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary education in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong MS Office skills, with proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
