You will be responsible for developing persuasive content for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and capability statements. This involves close collaboration with subject matter experts and technical teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and our strategic messaging.

A key part of your role will be maintaining and enhancing a repository of reusable content, case studies, and credentials. You will also support the development of templates and tools that streamline proposal creation, ensuring quality and consistency across submissions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a proposal writing or bid management role.
  • A strong understanding of public sector procurement and tendering processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality content under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
