Job Title: Health and Safety Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional to ensure the well-being of construction site workers.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing site-specific safety plans to minimize risks.
  • Delivering training sessions to staff and subcontractors on workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Conducting regular site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Building strong relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to promote a culture of safety.
  • Leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (mandatory).
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar HSE role within the construction industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of current WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience working on large-scale projects is highly desirable.
  • Confident communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.
