As a Senior Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic outcomes.
- Lead teams on commercial due diligence, exit support, and portfolio company strategy.
- Manage project execution and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Facilitate client meetings and present findings that influence major decisions.
- Collaborate with EY Parthenon teams and bring expertise to guide engagements.
- Provide intellectual leadership by shaping frameworks and generating insights.
- Build trust-based relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
We seek someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a strategic mindset.
- Strong academic record with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- 5–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative, ethical, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
