Enterprise Solutions Account Representative

Job Summary
Avetta is seeking a talented Enterprise Solutions Account Representative to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring optimum use and satisfaction with Avetta's solutions to secure continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the entire range of Avetta's products and services to assigned customers, leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with Client Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Management Teams to drive client satisfaction and growth.
- Develop and manage relationships with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors within the Safety, Procurement, Finance/Risk, and Legal functions at Client Site and Corporate levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Account Management experience in an enterprise software/complex sale, ideally a SaaS environment.
- Experienced in being responsible for Renewal and/or Expansion/Upsell quota with consistent proven success.
