About the Role

As a seasoned Enterprise Account Director at EROAD, you will be responsible for driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying new opportunities, managing customer health, and conducting regular site visits. You will lead training sessions to help both customers and your team maximize their use of EROAD's solutions, and you will be the go-to person for any inquiries or issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our strategic objectives and the needs of our customers.
  • Regularly interact with key decision-makers and stakeholders to advocate for customer needs and to drive business growth.
  • Promote EROAD's innovative, safety-focused solutions and ensure that customers are fully utilizing our technology to achieve their goals.
  • Facilitate successful contract renewals and foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of exceptional key account management leadership role or a similar role, with a proven history of managing large, complex clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively develop and lead a team of high performing Account Managers.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and experience in developing and executing account plans.
  • Proven experience in SAAS and Enterprise roles, preferably in the technology or automotive industry.
  • Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
