Overnight Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Overnight Accounting Specialist. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts and providing exceptional customer service during overnight shifts.
- Collaborate with senior staff members to verify and reconcile work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction through attentive and responsive service at all times to guests
- Efficiently handle guest registration and departure procedures
- Assist with In Room Dining and other guest requests
- Maintain precise guest account records and provide accurate, helpful information
- Maintain strict security protocols to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to work a rotating roster of day, evening, and night shifts including weekends and public holidays.
