Job Title: Front Office Overnight Support Specialist

 

At our vibrant hotel, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Front Office Overnight Support Specialist.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless overnight operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting various hotel functions. This key role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and professional service to all guests during the overnight shift.
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently.
  • Conduct night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions.
  • Maintain security standards and perform regular safety checks.
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar front office or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
