Job Title: Overnight Financial Controller

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Night Auditor to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel's overnight financial activities.

About the Role:

  • Perform daily reconciliations of the hotel's trading, including checking and preparing financial reports, completing audits, and collating necessary paperwork for departures.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant financial reports to relevant departments.
  • Manage and confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guests ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with high computer literacy and accuracy.
  • Able to work evening shifts 11pm to 7am.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • A hands-on team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Able to initiate contact and establish rapport easily.
  • Willingness to take ownership and have initiative to carry out different tasks as required.
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting practices.
  • Able to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Holds a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud is a plus.
