**About the Role**

Imagine working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. As a Night Auditor, you'll be responsible for overseeing all overnight activities, ensuring seamless service to our guests.

You'll work closely with the Night Manager or Assistant Night Manager to balance guest house accounts, conduct daily hotel audits, and provide exceptional customer service.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overnight reception, reservations, telephone services, and guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Conduct daily hotel audits and balancing of guest house accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:**

  • Valid RSA competency card required.
  • Minimum 6-12 months experience in a Guest Services/Front Office related position.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
