The successful candidate will be responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel, including verifying the accuracy of guest accounts and reconciling charges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with the accounts department for necessary information
  • Completing night audit reports thoroughly and accurately
  • Understanding security and hotel operations overnight
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Requirements:

  • A professional attitude and absolute passion for customer service
  • Time management and sound problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work 2 overnight shifts per week across a 7-day rotating roster
  • Prior experience in hotel front office operations or similar roles is highly regarded
