Job Opportunity: Overnight Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Overnight Support Specialist.

This part-time opportunity is based in Sydney, NSW, and involves providing exceptional support services to our student residents and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the security and safety of our building by performing regular checks and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks, including record-keeping, payment processing, audits, and reporting.
  • Effective incident management during night shifts, including grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Acting as a point of contact for residents, providing assistance, information, and welfare support.
  • Responding to noise or disturbance complaints within the building and resolving lockout situations.
  • Attending mandatory training sessions and staff meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months).
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • Valid work rights in Australia.
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability to work weekends, with shift times from 4 PM to 1 AM.
