Administrative Professional to Director of Franchise Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated administrative professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This role will provide vital operational support to the Director of Franchise Operations APAC, focusing on calendar management, travel coordination, meeting planning, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Director's calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, travel, and communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing documents, and agendas for internal and external meetings.
- Collaborate in leadership preparation and follow-up, serving as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office management, including visitor arrangements, supply ordering, and building maintenance.
- Coordinate office supplies, including stationery, food, and drinks, cleaning materials, and other essential items.
- Arrange welcome packs for new employees, manage merchandise and restaurant uniform stock, and oversee office seating plans and building access codes.
This role will involve coordinating team calendars, meetings, and project management tools, as well as managing the annual leave calendar and approvals.
- Coordinate team events, including national-level event management, travel, and presentation materials.
- Manage budget tracking and maintenance within the Franchise Operations team.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a PA or EA.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused approach.
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong relationship-building skills with resilience to navigate a fast-moving business environment.
