Senior Franchising Manager Job OverviewThe successful candidate will oversee end-to-end franchising processes, manage new applicants, and administer documentation. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the franchising process.
  • Manage applicant relationships from concept status to approval or decline.
  • Coordinate interviews and evaluations with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate directly with candidates and franchisees.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and laws.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, legal, contracts, finance, or law.
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in franchising or legal administrative work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Functional understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
