Burger Urge is seeking a hands-on Franchise Operations Manager. The role entails managing and developing the company's franchise system, overseeing franchisee performance, and ensuring that franchise operations are in line with the company's brand standards and business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute franchise strategies and initiatives that drive partner growth.
- Ensure compliance with company's franchise policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support franchisees with the planning and execution of sales, marketing, and operational initiatives.
- Analyze and review franchisee financial statements and other performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations.
- Manage and monitor franchisee compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
- Conduct franchisee training and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance performance and business growth.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection of new franchisees, including site selection and franchise agreement negotiation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders to enhance brand image and customer loyalty.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new products and services, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives to enhance brand competitiveness.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying trends and providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in franchising or a related field, including experience managing multiple locations or franchisees.
- Strong understanding of franchise laws and regulations, as well as business operations, finance, and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to visit franchise locations and attend industry events.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
