
Enterprise Account Expansion Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth by expanding high-value enterprise accounts and activating strategic new opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, client partnerships, and business development. You'll collaborate closely with delivery leads, marketing, and tech partners to bring together the pieces needed to scope, pitch, and close meaningful growth projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience growing enterprise accounts or running strategic partnerships. They'll be comfortable discussing platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, low-ego team that values client outcomes.
- Come from a consulting, tech services, or data/AI background, or are interested in making the transition.
- Have a strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales.
- Are a clear communicator, confident with senior clients, collaborative, sharp but humble.
- Are a long-term thinker with a business-building approach, genuinely enjoying technology and valuing technical experts.
- Deepening and growing relationships across existing enterprise accounts (70–80%).
- Growing the Databricks business, handling inbound Databricks leads and building pipeline via warm connections (20–30%).
- Proposal support, stakeholder engagement, event-led growth, and internal collaboration.
