Their products combine advanced software, connected medical devices, and hardware into turnkey solutions that enable high-quality remote care. With customers spanning aged care, regional health networks, hospitals, and government sectors, they are now entering an exciting growth phase with a strategic focus on hospitals and enterprise healthcare providers.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic
Enterprise Account Executive
to spearhead hospital and enterprise healthcare market expansion. This is a
new business role
focused on driving large, complex deals and building relationships at senior levels across hospitals, health networks, and government organisations.
You'll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and consultative engagement through to solution design, RFP/tender response, and deal closure. Success in this role will directly accelerate our client's growth in one of the most critical and high-potential market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition with hospitals, health networks, and government clients.
- Build trusted relationships with clinicians, executives, and decision-makers in enterprise healthcare.
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles (1–12 months), including tenders and government contracts.
- Position telehealth software, connected medical devices, and turnkey hardware solutions as high-value integrated offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and leadership teams to deliver client outcomes.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets, with typical deals ranging from $25K–$100K+.
About You
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within medical devices, health tech, or electronic equipment into hospitals or health networks.
- Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles, including government procurement.
- Polished, dynamic, and commercially astute with the ability to engage both clinicians and C-level executives.
- Comfortable being on the road, meeting clients face-to-face, and driving net new revenue.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-growth, scale-up environment.
