Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Black Pepper in Bathurst. About the Role:

  • Assist the team in maintaining a well-organized stockroom, adhering to safety protocols and best practices for retrieving stock from elevated areas.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a customer-facing sales or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • The ability to commit to a flexible shift pattern and adapt to peak trade periods with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale systems, and EFTPOS facilities.
