We bring live experiences to fans worldwide, welcoming two million visitors to our venues and connecting entertainment partners with new audiences daily.
The Role
This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints – social, phone, email, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to general inquiries and booking requests with precision and care.
- Process refunds for cancelled and rescheduled events with attention to detail.
- Engage with customers through various support channels, showcasing exceptional communication skills.
- Leverage our Ticketing System and CRM to drive efficient resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer information with utmost care.
