About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Retail Assistant to join our team at our Flagship Store, George Street. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll provide exceptional customer service and champion our amazing brands.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Champion and promote our brands by showcasing their features and benefits to customers.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail and offering a personalized shopping experience.
  • Contribute to a positive and fun store environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
About You:

We're looking for someone with previous retail, sales or customer service experience who is motivated to achieve sales targets and thrives in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

You'll need excellent communication and people skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A competitive salary is on offer, estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
