We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Solutions Expert and Experience Ambassador to join our team at Cochlear Limited in Sydney, Australia.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to combine your customer engagement skills with brand representation in a highly impactful way. As a Hearing Solutions Expert and Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences by guiding visitors through our facility and representing Cochlear as a trusted brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and deliver informative tours of Cochlear's manufacturing facility to showcase our innovative hearing solutions.
- Ensure a seamless and welcoming visitor experience from scheduling to follow-up, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Build strong relationships with tour attendees and answer questions with expertise, demonstrating a genuine interest in Cochlear's mission and products.
- Update and enhance tour materials to reflect product and innovation developments, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in hearing technology.
- Coordinate with marketing and manufacturing teams to align tour content and logistics, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience for visitors.
- Collect, analyse, and report on feedback to continuously improve the tour experience, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes accordingly.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive rewards program.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, sales, or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse audiences and provide exceptional customer service.
- Public speaking or group presentation experience, with the ability to explain complex technology in an engaging way.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tours and visitors, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Genuine interest in Cochlear's mission and products, with a willingness to learn and be trained in medical devices.
