The role of a Client Support Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless campaign delivery, accurate administration, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Process client orders and media bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate media schedules across print, digital, and audio platforms.
- Maintain organised documentation and up-to-date CRM records, including client contact details and sales activities.
- Upload and manage contract documentation in internal systems.
- Support digital campaign setup and monitor performance in collaboration with Ad Operations.
- Communicate creative specifications and deadlines to clients, and follow up on outstanding materials to meet campaign timelines.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive post-campaign reporting, including screenshots and tearsheets.
- Manage client correspondence regarding schedules, materials, approvals, and campaign progress.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across teams.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and the client experience.
- Experienced in providing administrative support, ideally within a media, sales, or client-focused environment.
- Client-oriented, professional, and responsive in managing requests and communications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and internal booking platforms.
- Proficient in generating reports, managing spreadsheets, and preparing client-ready documents.
- A strong communicator and collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail.
