This is achieved through our multi-disciplinary team, providing empowerment, belonging, respect and dignity.About The RoleWe are seeking a Client Services & Business Support Officer to join our Executive Office team.
This is a pivotal role, providing high-level administrative and communication support to the CEO, Business Development team and Board of Directors.You will act as a trusted liaison, managing executive schedules, preparing meeting materials, coordinating stakeholder communications, supporting new business transitions, and assisting with board secretarial matters.
Your contribution will enable the leadership team to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring smooth office operations and excellent outcomes for clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities IncludeManaging and coordinating the CEO and Co-Founder's calendar, meetings, travel and communicationsSupporting board and leadership meetings, including preparation, minute taking and follow-upPreparing reports, presentations, agendas and briefing papersAssisting with business development, including client intake assessments, event coordination and pipeline supportSupporting marketing and communications activities, including social media and campaign coordinationOverseeing daily office operations and providing general project supportAbout youTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will BringTertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experienceProven experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in a fast-paced or corporate environmentStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally at all levelsHigh level of discretion and ability to handle confidential informationStrong relationship-building and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and executive scheduling toolsExperience in event planning and coordinationWhy join usAt Maxlife Care, we live by The Maxlife Way.
