Client Service Expert

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled client service professional to provide exceptional support and facilitate access to services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage assigned clients, ensuring a superior level of service and facilitating access to our services.
- Promptly answer calls from all clients and manage appointments and appointment-related inquiries in line with our procedures.
- Deliver exceptional client service and liaison to our key stakeholders.
- Actively promote new services to assigned existing clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an inbound/outbound phone-based client service role (preferably in the medical or insurance industry).
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A problem-solving and proactive attitude.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, proficiency in Word and Excel, strong numeracy skills, accurate data entry and typing skills, and strong database management skills.
- A proven ability to work within a team.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, workers compensation, personal injury; processes/legislation, medicolegal, and/or life insurance industry experience would be desirable but not essential.
