Client Services Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Service Professional to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company at various functions, showcasing its products and services in a professional light.
- Collaborate closely with logistics specialists to optimize Third Party Logistics (3PL) performance.
- Participate in regular audit and quality control processes to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Provide expert advice to customers on service quality, logistical, and customs-related matters.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop communication service standards and promote productivity, quality, and service excellence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Desirable: Food Safety and HACCP qualifications.
- Ability to work a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Sound knowledge of the airline catering industry.
- Competence in documentation and records management.
- Eligibility to obtain an ASIC pass and an airside driver's license.
As you join our team, you will be required to undergo a National Police Check.
