We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Client Services team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and maintaining existing client relationships, building strong executive partnerships, and leveraging networks to position WNS as a preferred vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market data for trends and opportunities, translating insights into operational plans.
  • Identify opportunities for additional solutions within existing accounts and communicate value propositions to clients and prospects.
  • Manage knowledge and communicate insights, recommendations, and customer requirements to leadership teams.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and growth of assigned clients, acting as a domain expert.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support new pursuits, analyze market trends, and articulate WNS's competitive advantages.

Requirements:

  • Preferably experience in the Travel & Hospitality domain.
  • Minimum 10 years in Business Operations Management.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and inspiring skills.
  • Commercial acumen, detail-oriented, and experience working in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
