Senior Bid Manager
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the development and execution of multi-million-dollar proposals, tenders, and bid responses.
    • Mobilize internal stakeholders, set timelines, and oversee execution against the plan.
    • Ensure compliance with the Turner & Townsend "bid to win" process and governance requirements.
    • Facilitate discussions to develop high-quality answers and ensure bid differentiators and win themes are effectively communicated.
    • Work with Board-level directors and functional teams to deliver tender responses.
    • Collaborate with external organizations and partners to develop and deliver bids and proposals.
  • Supporting Activities:
    • Support positioning activities to enhance business development and conversion.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling through in-depth knowledge of Turner & Townsend services and products.
    • Contribute to the preparation of other deliverables related to conversion and work-winning.

 

Requirements
  • Must have the right to work and be based in Australia.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in writing successful bid submissions.
  • Project Management or Bid Management experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills and IT literacy.
  • Excellent proof-reading skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Capacity to travel with occasional overnight stays.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to respond flexibly to the demands of the post.
