Bid Team Role

As a key member of our national specialist bids team, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of high-quality bids and proposals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Bid Managers to create compelling content and design outcomes.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in our bid automation platform, working closely with stakeholders and training relevant teams.
  • Maintaining and updating the content library and bid guides in conjunction with the Content Executive.
  • Supporting the training of fee earners and practice assistants on bid enablement templates and resources.
  • Assisting with opportunity capture, reporting, and bid content management as required.
  • Managing the legal directories process and supporting the business in preparing submissions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bid / proposals, preferably in a B2B services firm.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communications skills.
  • Project management skills, including prioritization, working under pressure, and multitasking to meet tight deadlines.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results, with attention to detail and a focus on design excellence.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) and experience in SharePoint are highly desirable.
