Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to oversee the commercial support function for a joint venture. This role will manage contracts, finance, and project controls.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects or programs, with a strong understanding of NEC4 contracts requirements. They will also possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspect of a large-scale project or program.
  • Oversee program budgeting and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC4 contracts requirements.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in quantity surveying, commercial law, construction management, business management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience working on major projects or programs.
  • Sound knowledge of NEC4 suite of contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
