The Commercial Capability Manager is a pivotal role in driving sales capabilities, focusing on strategy development and performance optimization.


Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of CRM platform strategies and their seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Field Sales teams to enhance Salesforce capabilities and Perfect Venue/PSS score programs.
  • Develop and support Field team KPIs, targets, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Closely manage performance expectations and deliverables for Field teams.

Sales Capability Development Initiatives
  • Coordinate internal Campari Way of Selling program and other core capability programs.
  • Develop local initiatives to support commercial capability strategy.
  • Manage training events in collaboration with HR and other functions.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual Sales calendar.
  • Coordinate focus areas for Area Sales Manager/s and Field Sales Manager/s capability development tracker.

Data Management and Reporting
  • Support the development of commercial reporting tools and track opportunities.
  • Maintain Masterdata, including wholesaler data, pricing files, CPI, IRI, and outlet data.
  • Work with Sales Operations on data integrity and ad-hoc requests.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in core business projects as required.
  • Regularly connect with Area Sales Manager/s and Field Sales Manager/s to gather information.
  • Support Commercial Newsletter and communication tools to drive engagement.
