Business Banking Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Banking Operations Manager to lead our Commercial and Business Lending Operations Documentation team.

This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, enhancing your skills in Business Banking Lending Operations and leadership capabilities.

The Role:

  • Lead operational teams, drive performance, and maintain a strong culture and resource level across teams.
  • Provide strong coaching and promote development opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Build internal and external relationships through effective stakeholder management and customer service skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience managing operational teams, driving performance, and maintaining a strong culture and resource level. You will also require sound knowledge of Commercial loan or Business Banking lending life-cycle.
