About the Role

The Director of Commercial Excellence leads a high-performing team, sets strategic direction, and champions cross-functional collaboration to deliver value to patients, clinicians, and procurement partners. This role drives commercial execution, market expansion, and talent development across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development
    • Lead, coach, and develop the CRM commercial team, ensuring capability development, talent retention, and a strong performance-driven culture.
    • Foster a robust leadership culture and ensure organisational success and succession.
    • Cultivate a performance-driven, inclusive culture focused on patient outcomes and professional growth.
  • Cross-Functional & Strategic Initiatives
    • Partner with marketing, education, corporate accounts, HEGA, and supply chain teams to drive operational execution and commercial excellence.
    • Implement service strategy in collaboration with stakeholders to improve KPIs and patient experience.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Ensure all commercial activities meet regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and integrity.
