As a Senior Customer Engagement Lead, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and growth within our organization. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of delivering results-driven customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer engagement plans to drive business growth and retention\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and opportunities\

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer engagement strategies\

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing or customer success role\
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven customer engagement strategies and driving business growth and retention\

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions\
  • Industry expertise and market knowledge, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences\
  • Experience managing and leading high-performing teams\
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, comfortable navigating fast-paced and ambiguous environments\
