Job Overview
This key leadership position oversees the development and growth of a high-performing Customer Engagement team. The Director leads the design and execution of customer engagement and support strategies across the company's full portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a team with a strong customer-centric mindset aligned with the company's core values.
Develop and execute customer engagement strategies that balance quality, productivity, performance management, and cost efficiency.
Recruit, train, and retain critical thinking problem solvers; oversee performance evaluations, ongoing training, and career growth opportunities.
Create consistent/high-value customer experiences by developing scalable methodologies and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
7 years of relevant business/customer service experience, including at least 5 years in leadership.
Proven experience leading customer engagement teams, overseeing configured product experience and workflow management.
