About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our Customer Engagement and Experience Team. The successful candidate will bring their expertise in service delivery, people leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to provide ongoing leadership, strategic direction, management, and coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Engagement and Experience team in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all sections of the organization.
- Reporting to senior management, you will bring your ideas, energy, and customer-first mindset to develop and enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in service areas of responsibility, including project management, budgeting, and team development.
- Contribute to the establishment of long-term customer service programs, plans, and initiatives to improve service levels and ensure standards are met by staff under your control.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field and extensive demonstrated experience in service areas of responsibility.
- Postgraduate qualifications and Class C Drivers Licence are desirable.
