Job Title: Residential Development Manager

Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead residential development projects across Class 1 and Class 2 developments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical focus, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and consultants.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded architect to grow their skills and expertise while working on diverse and impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage residential projects from design phase to delivery
  • Lead client and consultant coordination throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing
About You

8+ years' architectural experience, with Class 1 and Class 2 projects

NSW registration (desired but not essential)

Strong documentation and project delivery skills

ArchiCAD literate

Collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented
