Our company is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead a multi-stage residential development in Sydney's west.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading builder on landmark projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee contract administration to meet project objectives and compliance standards.
  • Manage budgets, track costs, prepare forecasts, and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare tender documents, evaluate tenders, and negotiate subcontractor agreements.
  • Build relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage variations, progress claims, RFIs, and contract correspondence.
  • Support and guide junior team members to maintain high standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator, with recent senior-level exposure.
  • Proven track record on large-scale Class 2 residential or mid-tier commercial projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency with contract management software.
