This key position offers the opportunity to design and deliver programs that enhance the student residential environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion among residents, managing student wellbeing concerns and conduct matters with care and professionalism, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain a safe and secure residential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with residents to promote a culture of respect and inclusion.
  • Manage student wellbeing concerns and conduct matters with care and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain a safe and secure residential environment.
  • Provide guidance to the Residential Life team and oversee delivery of events and wellbeing programs.
  • Lead the development of induction, orientation, and onboarding for new residents.
  • Evaluate student feedback and contribute to ongoing program improvement.
  • Support the Accommodation Program Manager in strategy and service development.
  • Champion student engagement, inclusion, and respectful community living.
