Design Manager Role Overview

The Design Manager position plays a pivotal role in our organization, focusing on high-end residential developments across the Sydney region.

We seek an experienced Design Manager or Project Engineer to oversee design management on projects in the Lower North Shore of Sydney. The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary education and a strong track record in a similar role working with reputable builders.

Key responsibilities include managing the design aspect of projects from planning through to completion, developing and maintaining value engineering opportunities, and ensuring designs meet program requirements and tender letting schedules.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have experience working on new-build residential projects and possess skills as an all-rounder who can effectively deliver results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working on new-build residential projects valued up to $50M and relevant tertiary education.
