Residential Development Manager

The client is a luxury residential developer focused on architecturally significant projects in Sydney's eastern suburbs, CBD fringe, and lower north shore.
The RoleA Senior Development Manager position has been created due to growth within the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working alongside an accomplished development team, you will work on multiple luxury residential apartment projects.
- Establish strategies for developments and successfully deliver projects.
- Achieve cost-efficient outcomes under the direction of the MD.
- Prepare project feasibilities, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
- Develop and manage development applications through council.
To be considered for this position, it is essential that you have extensive experience as a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager. Key requirements include:
- Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Excel (Estate Master is a bonus).
- Residential apartments development experience.
- Problem-solving, planning, and strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising and managing stakeholders.
