
Strategic Business Development Lead

This role requires the development and execution of strategies to engage with key advisers, dealer groups, and researchers to support growth in the market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a portion of the net flow in the NSW or VIC market, source leads and new business, and map adviser practices to the growing asset consultant gatekeeper channel.
- Responsible for a portion of the net flow in the NSW or VIC market.
- Source leads and new business, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet our net flow goals.
- Map adviser practices to the growing asset consultant gatekeeper channel, ensuring top-down and bottom-up connectivity.
- Grow Perpetual's net flow/revenue across our priority funds.
About You
- Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications (FINSIA, DFP)
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience
- Solid understanding of the funds management industry, including investment management
- Strong technical investment/market knowledge across multiple asset classes
- Sales/account management experience and understanding of the role of the financial planner
