As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing key client relationships to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer engagement, loyalty and retention
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed expectations
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and think strategically. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
