About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Assistant/Receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing room bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and action room bookings, catering, and audio visual requests
  • Assist on the national switchboard and provide composed and solution-focussed support to clients and visitors
  • Meet and greet clients and staff, providing a highly professional experience
  • Provide customer-facing service, taking orders and operating the point-of-sale system accurately
  • Restock inventory, monitor stock levels, and inform the Head Barista to place orders for supplies as needed
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, snacks, and meals to staff and clients
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Set up and arrange boardroom furniture and facilities according to client specifications
  • Assist with the coordination of catering for boardroom meetings and events
Requirements
  • Articulate and professionally presented, with a clothing allowance provided
  • Previous experience as a barista or customer service role, preferably in a cafe or hospitality setting
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible to meet changing requirements and needs
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and evenings
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment
